Jeremy Pang started School of Wok to meet the demand of people who wanted to learn how to cook oriental and asian food. He opened his cooking school in Covent Garden and now runs a series of cooking classes for the general public as well as corporate team-building events. Apparently his private cooking classes are particularly popular with hen-dos.

The school is spread over two floors and is equipped with state of the art cooking equipment and more chinese cleavers than I’ve ever seen before. You can see the tour of the school here.
